Weird Vibration

I have a 2000 Mustang gt and just recently it started vibrating bad when i give it gas! I can cruise alright but if i try to give it gas to rapidly speed up or to get over a hill it starts vibrating! I can press the clutch and rev it up and it will rev fine! Can anyone give me so tips on the problem?

were the 00's coil on plug yet? or did they still have seperate coil packs? either way sounds like a spark issue to me...

The coil on plug started in 99 with the pi motor.The only coil pack car is the 96-98.
