2000 Convertible Top Leaks

My 2000 convertible leaks water after a heavy rain. I can see it behind the back seat in the crease of the vinyl fold back there. I cant figure out where its leaking. I noticed where the rear window rolls up and the top meets that there was a gap there. I fixed that with black silicone.
Any ideas much appreciated.

get inside the car and have a friend blast it with a water hose !!!!

buy a new top. Cartopsonline has em cheap. I'm getting one there.
