with the amount of salt, slush, mud, etc on the roads during the PA winter months i dont even bother. itll be dirty by the time i get back home (and home hoses get turned off so they dont freeze). once it gets nice though, i usually wash it asap (even if its just nice for a week).

I wash mine whenever it gets warm enough that I can stand it. Fortunately, in Alabama it's not usually too long between weekends with mild enough afternoons.

It's just part of work on saturday to me lol. The only time it might not get washed every saturday is if I'm not working for some reason. Otherwise, it's the only day of the week I carry the car to work.

as soon as it's warm enough in the winter and as often as i can! i try to detail it on weekends when i have time. it's looking a little dirty right now but mineral gray is good for that!
hopefully in the next few weekends i'll get it cleaned up good again! i don't drive it in the snow/salt/ice, so it's not that bad. i DO need to buy a car cover!

I guess I am at an advantage since I dont use water to clean my car... I dont have to get wet and freeze my ass off outside. I can clean the car in my garage.
I NEVER let bugs stay on my car, thats number 1. Get that shit that eats your paint OFF.

I've gotten to where now I carry a bottle of detailer around with me and a microfiber towel to hit the front bumper after driving places and behind the wheel wells, seems to help tremendously in cleaning the car later.

The weather here in AL hasn't been all that harsh, so It's really not a problem to get out and washer her up. If it is a bit on the cold side the hot soapy bucket of water helps the hands from freezing up. If it is too cold to get out and wash it up, I just run by one of those $1 wash places w/ the pressure washing gun and just knock the layer of dirt off and wipe the wheels down.

It gets pretty cold in NY but I still manage to get mine cleaned on a weekly basis. I prefer to do the hand wash and detailing but I will take it to a car wash if it is going to be frigid all week

I run my own detailing shop out of my garage and my car is the flagship for my business. I HAVE to keep it clean if I want to keep my reputation.
It's not too bad though. Use a pressure washer, get the nasty stuff off. Pull it in my heated garage and wash it in 70 degree temps. God I love propane. And propane accessories.
Usually I will give it a full clean once a month but I also like to keep some EagleOne Nanowax and a few MF towels in my car to hit it every so often.
