Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

When I start my car in the morning, usually only on cold mornings, I put my car in reverse to back out of my driveway and it kind of hesitates. The rpm's drop and it feels like the car is about to stall but giving it some gas brings it right back to normal. It only happens when the car is cold.

I thought the fuel system might be dirty or waterlogged since I havent had the cash to fill it all the way lately so I got some STP Dry Gas/Cleaner and put a bottle in on top of 10 gallons and it's still doing it...

I doubt fuel, I would lean more towards intake leak (could even be due to cold weather, once engine warms up, leak fixes itself til car cools off again.. for now), IAC (not making up for the engine load difference putting car into gear) or MAF

So you think maybe the MAF might be the problem. Cause I reoiled my filter a couple hundred miles ago but didnt clean it with electrical cleaner. I went light on the oil though...

I would also check the IAC take it out and clean it with throttle body cleaner and check for carbon build up which is a common occurance. The reason you notice it more when it's cold is because it closes when the engine is cold and opens more when it is warmed up. if it's not sealing itself all the way or far enough when it is cold this would cause your problem. Hope this helps and it's a cheap fix so good luck.

Also check your TPS to make sure its getting enough volts. It should have about .99 volts.
