serious electrical issues

i just picked up an 88 mustang lx, and i cant get it running, when i turn the key i can hear a solenoid click, yet i have no power to my coil,my fuel pump, or my starting relay, i can get the car to turn over by jumping out the starter solenoid, could it be my ignition switch, clutch pedal switch, and if so how do i check these things, and it also sat for 2 years. perhaps a mouse? and also my grounds are hot, and the hot to my starter is grounded, i am so perplexed, please help me!!!
