95 Valve Tap

I have a 95 V6 and i have a valve tap when start my car it's very loud and then it gets quiet. at random it will not tap at all, and other times it taps like a beast. has anyone had this problem, and if so what did u do to fix it? http://www.mustangevolution.com/foru...s/confused.gif
