Hi, I have a 1996 Ford Mustang. The back left tail light has trapped moisture in it. I was wondering if I should just take the light out or should I get a new tail light. Please let me know your thoughts, Thanks
Take the light out of the car, there are 4 bolts if I remember in the trunk. Slide the bulbs out and use a hair dryer to dry them up.
When you put the bulbs back into the lights seal them with a little silicone and it should take care of the leak. If not your problem is elsewhere and you can then consider new lights. My headlights would do this until I sealed them and the moisture has not come back.
