What a day it has been... We finally got some better weather, and decided to take her new car (also an 86 GT) and mine with the new exhaust on to ride and take a few pictures.
Everything has gone well, till she shattered her left window, after it came partially out of track. She decided she wanted to ride a while longer, so we went to the county lake to spend some time together and take a few pictures of the cars.
Long story short, her loving boyfriend had a moment of poor judgement, and pulled her car out off the road, and got the car stuck in a soft spot under some leaves. Nitto DR's are not what you would call a good all-terrain tire I've learned. Got the car back, charged the battery (it died too) and took some pics for everyone's enjoyment
One more thing - take a look and tell me what you think about the new wheels on my car, and tell me which ones you liked better - look for a reference pic of it with the old wheels at the end of the post.
Last Thing - These pictures arent the greatest - for some reason, They dont look like most of mine do. Ive got a few more that i might try to work on in PhotoShop, and if i can get em to look better, i'll put em up
Now for the carnage:
Reference Picture for the wheels:
Enjoy!

Thanks for all the opinions, everyone... The matching cars thing was def not a planned thing - just the best car she could find with her funds that wasnt all to pieces...
She's actually planning on doing an all-black theme with a red hood stripe - kinda the "anti" version of my car, since we plan to compete in completely different venues with them - her car was/ is setup more for drag, while i plan on doing mostly autox with mine.
what you mean, lowflyn? Drive both of em, and you tell me... they are worlds different. I cant make my mind up either...
aidan, what better way to spend time with your significant other? Its actually been fun watching her learn to drive that car... just wish she had more time to drive it...

haha, "everywhere" is more like my DD corolla - there isnt many places I would be afraid to drive it, lol. My old civic had been licked by cows, and driven down a bunch of field roads, but also only cost me 700 bucks, and looked like ass... my corolla isnt bad, and I do try to keep it decent most of the time.
