Hey guys, I was looking over the explorer tonight because were going to get 4-8" of snow soon, and I found this small leak under the hood. its on the Pass. side and its not oil. (the filter and plug are behind it).. anyidea's or do I need to go to Ford and let them deal with it?

If I recall correctly, we charged around ~2.5 hours or so, had to pull off the wheel, hub assembly out of the way, pull out the axle and replace the seal, that might be high though I worked at a dealership...

ask around

It won't lock up, it'd take a LONG time to lose all that fluid, the differential holds a lot more than the housing...
