i was just wondering what songs (artist/title) that you guys and girls work out to. i know like everyone has a mp3 player and i just can never seem to find good music to run to. so lets post up some good tunes?

Kanye West is a royal POS and probably one of, if not THE, most racist person on the planet...
And if you can consider beer-drinking working out, then "Friends in Low Places" and "Ten Rounds with Jose Cuervo" are both good "work out" songs LMAO

shinedown, papa roach, old hoobastank (newer stuff is weak) atreyu old and new, avenged sevenfold (old and newer), Chevelle....i might have some more i just can't think of them right now

i typically listen to metal and heavier rock with a mix of trance/techno thrown in there. And for running military cadences work very well too, but it is a bit of a slower pace.
I have heard but never tried. talk radio is good to run with. You focus on the talking and not the running.

for workout music I recommend european dance music....
it's ALWAYS the best motivational tool for me...
.....and you don't have to tell anyone at the office if u just listen to it on the mp3 player at the gym....
