Hey all. I've been around for about a week. I stumbled upon this site while looking for some help on the internet.

A little about me I guess. I'm 28 and live in Las Vegas, NV. I got a job as a car salesman for a short while and got a great deal on the new 2007 Mustang. It is my first Mustang and I love her. I got a v6 with an auto trans, I just couldn't afford the payments on a GT. I did opt for the Pony Package, I love the throwback styling of the lights on that package better than the GT actually. I haven't modded too much on it yet. Just a basic aluminum catback exhaust to lose some of the weight with a Magnaflow muffler. I sold a F-150 to this guy who run's a nice little shop down the road from the dealership so he did the job for free, I just paid for parts. Next came the intake. I haven't done anything performance wise on it since. I've changed some of the exterior and interior lights and tinted the hell out of the windows. It's Vegas, everyone tints the hell out of the windows. You haven't lived till you've welded your butt to a nice leather seat of a car that's been sitting in the 115 degree heat all day. Joy.

My future plans for her include getting a tuner for her. I haven't decided yet between a Diablo or an SCT. I'm not looking at adding any turbo or blowing it. I figure I'll have it paid for in 2010 and I'll use it as my down payment for either a GT or, if Ford answers my prayers and put's one out, a turbo'd V6 Pony Package. I just want to make this one a little sportier and enjoyable until I can get a better model.

Other than that I'm an adrenaline junky. I work in a major Vegas casino. If anyone's looking to come to Vegas let me know, I can get you folks a nice discount on rooms.

Welcome to the site!! You haven't lived, however, til you sit on a leather seat in -15 degree temps... now there's an interesting adventure

It's a bit more comfortable, I'm sure than leather in the heat, since you're so numb you can't feel it til your arse falls off

Trop and what? I work at the Orlean's. I live WAY northwest, going out to Mt Charleston.

you work at the orleans? thats my all time favorite casino, they have the best buffet lol...also the clam bar was quite awesome

also tropicana and torey pines, and mt charleston is quite a hike, but damn, its worth it once you get out there....are you in summerlin?

Further north of Summerlin. I live in Centennial Hills. Do you know the Santa Fe Station? About 3 miles north of it. Big Al's Oyster Bar is killer, you're right.

Nice Mustang and yeah, gotta love how it feels sitting down on some nice hot leather! haha. I can't wait to get re-tinted this summer!

Sounds like you have a good plan laid out and it's never to late to go GT later on. I looked at new GT's when I got my '02 GT and wanted one sooooo bad, but the payments were a little high for me right now too. I love my car though and was in love with the 00-04 body style, so I'm really happy with how things worked out!

And that's awesome about living in Vegas and offering that up for everyone!
