New Here! Hello All! 2000 Mustang GT

Hi Everyone!
I'm Troy from Utah and I found this site while browsing for information on upgrading my 2000 Mustang GT. I'd like to do the Roush body kit for the side exhaust and some other basic modifications. Right now my car is stock, with the exception of a simple K&N air filter. I'm not the most mechanically inclined guy, but I do want to do some upgrades, so please give me any guidance you have to offer. I don't have a ton of $ to spend, but maybe there can be some simple things you can fill me in on for upgrades. Also, please let me know if that side exhaust is illegal in UT or PA.

side exhaust is legal, well at least here in jersey where everything is illegal (mine is sitting in my living room waiting to be installed lol)

welcome. dont worry about the simple question.. im sure you'll get some answers... you'll get more in depth answers if you post in another topic though. as for cheaper mods.. i would say that a body kit is hardly cheap! when you say cheap did you mean performance or appearance? there are a bunch of performance mods that you can do that would be less or equal to a body kit. just keep that in mind.

I'm talking performance-I know the body kit and exhaust isn't necessarily "cheap"...fill me in on those performance mods please
