Supra kid and his story! [PICS]

Well here's a little bit about me.
I just turned 16, have been into cars for over 5 years now, and I love speed/going fast.
It started at around 11 years old, my grand dad had a 12hp Briggs&stratton motor from a ridemower laying in the garage, and I wanted to make something move. I ended up making a badass scooter, but let's not go there.
From there, at 13 I decided to get into a specific car. I didn't know what to decide, so I had talked to my parents friends kid. He was 22 at the time and had a single turbo 1995 Supra sitting under the carport. He took me for a ride. Man it was insane. Although I didn't know what made it so fast/nice, I was hooked.
So at 14, I got a job holding a pizza sign (Gay I know, but you start somewhere right?). I bought a 1983 Supra for 250$. It had rust everywhere, and a blown motor. So I got to do some research and I got it to run properly (Minus the exhaust leak).
Here's some pictures.
Note the busted rear window
Long story short, I tried to turbo the motor, ran the a/f too lean, and blew the engine. Then I parted it out.
I made about 700$ from the partout, so I decided to learn how to weld (Again from my granddad). So I saved up enough for another Supra, yup!
So, here it is. I bought it from a lady in town. She did horrible things to it. She added a nasty exhaust, and purple neon. So here's a little about what I've done to this Supra.
It's a 1987 Supra, non-turbo, automatic, sport edition.
HERE'S THE FIRST DAY!!
Here's what I've done to it!
Polished throttle body by hand
89+ Supra taillight conversion
CD/MP3
Polished the valve covers, Y-pipe
New Front strut
New WIC 17" racing rims and ZR tires
Polished heat shield, Mass air flow sensor, Throttle contraption thing, and more polishing!
2 12" Speakers and equalizer
Compression tested, New radiator fan, Blue vac covers (The lines are NASTY), Polished radiator thing, Polished intake manifold, New power steering pump, New valve stem seals, Crank & Flywheel balanced, New headgasket, ARP head studs, and new plugs and wires!
Hope everyone enjoys!
I hope to learn a lot and see some badass Mustangs here!

Oh, and like an idiot, I forgot to say, my next car is a Mustang. I never plan to turbo my Supra motor, because it makes it un-reliable, and I enjoy low end torque (No filthy turbo lag or annoying BOV)

Thank you sir, I really appreciate it.
Although I must say I have dedicated a good portion of my life to the "All mighty Fast and Furious King", I would also REALLY like to get into Mustangs and naturally aspirated motors. Turbo motors aren't the bang for my buck, and why dump money in a motor just to have it lag for about 2-3 seconds until the turbo spools?
Besides, it's not the performance mods that add up, it's the SUPPORTING mods you are required to install to have it run (somewhat) reliably, and to backup the power. Plus, it doesn't matter if my asian high-school buddy gets pissed when I nearly jizz my pants seeing a nice 5.0 at a red light, because when it comes down to it, it makes me all fuzzy-fruity-loops inside!

Man...those cars are dogs...lol. Welcome to the site. I've driven a non-turbo supra, makes my V6 silverado feel fast.

Hahaha, This man doesn't lie. Don't let those Paul walker kids fool you. Not to mention these cars have the headbolts undertorqued FACTORY!

They're fun cars if you ever get them running right. Have a friend with the same gen as yours, upgraded turbo and such. Was going good till the turbo decided to eat itself...no more engine.

Or next to no lag..... 2-3 second lag would be like a 101 mm turbo on a stock poopra.
Welcome to the site... Nice work.

Thanks everyone!
Supra guys on the other forum didn't like the fact I'm into Mustangs. But I don't think we will have a problem with that here!

The motor is a 5m-ge DOHC EFI Inline 6, which was a good powerplant (At least it seemed at the time) for a turbo.
So, we installed a 7m-gte turbo manifold, CT26, and set the wastegate to 7psi and blew the headgasket. So we installed ARP head studs and a metal 7m headgasket (It fits).
