Is the Locking Differential in the Mustang 8.8" rearend a typical/standard part for all 8.8"s?

The reason I ask is because my F150 is a "dog-leg" and I would like to take care of that...so, would this part work in the truck's 8.8"?

I believe the only thing you'll have to check is whether your truck has 31 or 28 spline axles...I would assume 31 spline but you never know. Other than that, any locking diff should work in the 8.8.
