It's just a matter of power vs. drag. You could make anything go 200 mph, if you had enough hp. It might not be safe, but it could be do-able. A stock 95-04 GT will do right around 140mph.

the computer will stop you at a given mph depending on your tire size/rating that it came with from the factory.
