You need to replace your power lock, they are bound up
It's a pretty common problem, but pretty easy to replace if you have any mechanical knowhow...
replace the motors, and both the key and switch will work again
Pull door panel off, locate the assembly, drill out the rivet for it, remove and install new...
When I got a new motor from I think it was from 50resto.com it came with the rivet also...
