I've got a friend of mine who picked me up a throttle body spacer as a gift. Do these things do anythig for the performane of the car? It says a 10-15hp gain but I highly doubt it.

meh. on carb cars and efi cars without direct injection, yes could make a difference. On direct injection cars, like modern mustangs it wont do nothing. it is supposed to make the intake air turbulant and get better dispersed air/fuel mixture. there are so many corners in the intakes today that the turbulance created is lost by the time it gets to injectors. to you worthless. looks cool under hood though.
