'00 Mustang V6 Customization

I am looking to begin customizing my Laser Red '00 Mustang V6...any suggestions where to start?

Performance:

Exhaust
CAI (not much but cheap..)
Underdrive Pulley
rear end gears/tlok unit
custom dyno tune (not mail order but a real tune)

Looks:

rims/tires
lowering
so forth

for looks, the first and one of the best mods is rims...

I would make looks the last thing if I it were me, then again I just have a lead foot any way!

the stock whees/tires are horrible looking so doing that and lowering it makes the car look 100x better. You also get better handling out of it.
