removing factory radio from 84 lx need help

Anyone know the proper way to remove a factory sterio from an 84 model? Any advice would be helpful really,thanks.

Quote: 1. Remove knobs and shaft nuts from radio 2. Remove ashtray and (2) screws top of bracket 3. Remove ashtray bracket 4. Remove (1) Hex screw above ashtray bracket. (1) screw securing dash brace on driver's side. Push back for clearance. 5. Remove (2) screws from heating duct. Remove radio. 6. Disconnect power, antenna, speaker and all electrical connections.
