I had the same thing happen and found an old thread on here about how to get it out.
I took a real thin screw driver and just put a little pressure where the CD should be...as I couldn't see it either. The thread said you could use another CD as well....just something thin enough to get inside and apply pressure to the top of the CD.
It came right out for me...so now I have a small screw driver in my arm rest at all times.

My '03 used to do it with Mach 6-disc...I would just use a butter knife or something with a very flat blade...as PV said above, just slide the blade in above the CD area, push down on it with a little pressure and it should slide out....

i'll try a butter knife. i've pushed a cd in there but nothing happened this time, that's worked for me before. i called the ford dealer and they told me that burnt cd's could make it go bad. looking at some aftermarket systems now since i've thought about satilite radio.

when my finally broke for good (without the CD trick)... I had the gf's mom fix it for me. She took it apart and removed the CD's and it worked fine again, even though the CD's still stick on the way out. But when it fubars really bad and won't play anything, it's nice to at least be able to put a CD in and play it.

I have a similar problem with my Mach 600 changer.
I can't put a disc in or eject anything out.
I just bought the car last year and figured it was shot. Could this mean a disc is stuck in it and I should try the suggestions above?

The wife's Focus 6 disk got stuck. I removed it opened the cover and had to re align the CD's in there.

Wow, ah ha I thought I was the only one with this problem. I have a 2001 Ford Mustang GT. :p
My girlfriend usually un-jams the CD and pulls it out by sliding a key in the disc tray.
It's ridiculous though as sometimes it scratches the CD but it's the only we've figured out how to get the jammed CDs out!

i think its mainly when it gets hot... when i drive back to my hometown i can make it like 4 hours till it starts and it does it EVERYTIME... just grab a CD and start pokin (i think it is always with burned ones also so i usually try to just listen to bought ones for the last few hours or dont pull the burned ones out)
