tag light question

need help with the tag lights (licence plate lights). i bought some LED's for them, but went to unscrew the cover to find the plastic screws were all stripped. who in their right mind at ford said it was ok to use plastic screws, at least my yukon has stainless steel screws.

SOOOOO. how do i get them out??

never mind, i took a pair of plyers and pulled them out. look awsome. like those new lexuses.
