yes im a light nut.

i reconcitered the clear headlights and think im gunna order a projector set with a 5000k HID kit. but i would like them to stay on with the high beams, right now with the duel filimint bulb, when you go to high (push the stolk forward) it turns off the low beam, but if you pull it toward you for flashing it will stay on if you hold it. i would like both the lows and the fogs to stay on with the highs, yes i know about the 4 foward faceing law, but only intend to use all six on dark roads (pleanty here)

but am most intrested in makeing the lows stay on with the highs. as i want to put a duel 5000k kit on the low (future projector) and highs (still reflector) but when you go to high, the HIDs have to warm up so if the lows went off there would be darkness for 5 seconds while the highs warmed up.


my yukon was easy. i stuck a 3 amp Diode in the light BCM to make them stay on and the fogs all i did was jumper the fog switch to the parking lights. but im sure ford is different.

any body done this before?

i love the stock HID's on the vette and would really like them on the Gt
