Overriding convertible operation while moving

Is there a way to override the system preventing me from operating the convertible top when moving on an '05 Mustang? Obviously this isn't something I'd do going 50 mph but it'd be nice when I'm cruising home or leaving on my residential street where I only go 20 mph or so...

on my car if you just raise the e-brake up one click it wont hurt anything (if you are going slow) and you can put the top up/down if you need to. I do this every now and again~ but just one click (barly raised) unless the 05's have some speed sensor this should work.

Exactly what I do, I love pulling away from a redlight while lowering the top, always end up getting looks. Just make sure you only pull it up one notch though, don't want to mess anything up.
