you know, for a couple grand more you could probably pick up on a 99+ gt.......i know a dealership around here was selling a 99 5-speed gt for 9500 w/ 62k miles about a year ago

if you are into performance in the end the auto anywhere near stock is a let down, just fyi for you to make SURE thats what you want. There is a big difference in the auto vs the manual.

a bit pricey anyways. i have a good condition v6... nothing wrong with it besides a few minor things here and there (little paint chips on the front bumper from PA winters, broken midconsole thing that doesnt snap shut, and somewhat fogged headlights) with 80k miles on it and i'll be selling it for 4-5k this summer. that thing wasn't worth the money anyways... 5 grand tops.

I think I installed the radio on that car. I remember having a bright red V6 with racing stripes and all GT badging and dual pipes, I was all excited to have a GT but was quite disappointed when it was pulled in. Dark tints all around and even low on the windshield.

Anyway if that is the car I worked on then I did pull a very nice burnout with it behind the bay doors, leaving a ~30ft tire mark. Damn, wish there was a way to absolutely know.
