my 95 gt is sitting in my garage as i wait for parts for it to come i noticed its leaking oil from around the oil pan area has anyone ever had a leak in that area or have an idea where it might be coming from
If it's not from the oil pan itself next best bet is rear main seal

I replaced mine when I put the new engine in, so I don't know how much it'd cost to do it with everything in tact.

It's notorious on the 5.0s, rear main.. typically even freshly replaced ones leak within a few miles

Its not a fun job to do yourself....you need to drop the oil pan, which requires you to drop the k-member....that also means you must support the engine some how....mine leaks too but i just deal with it because its such a pain to change out.
I really just depends on how much is leaking... 5.0's are bad to leak around the oil pan seals as well, front and rear main seals leaking can also be a sign of bad things to come.
