Can someone make this pic appear as if the car is moving?



I can do the motion blur, and make it seem like it's going really fast - but I forgot how to make the wheels look like they're spinning...... Without that it looks a little weird, everything is smudged from high rate of speed - but the wheels are sitting still..

but try a smudge tool on each of the spokes.
