Friday is near (well actually here for some of you east-coasters.
i dunno bout you, but its been like the longest week evar. I even took tuesday off to get some shit finished on the gsx and grabbed a AC System and PS Pump+components, and it still feels like ive been working for like 2 weeks straight. Maybe its anticipation that likely the motor gets stuck back into the GSX. Maybe its because next week i start changing over from Estimator to Inside Sales.

I hate Tuesday-Thursday but other than that I'm cool. It's going to be shitty weather this weekend here anyway. |

yeah mondays usually fly because of the massive amount of work and phone calls from the weekend, you look at the clock the first time and its 11:30 am, and after lunch the second time its like 3:30pm.
Fridays are cool because mostly everyone is in a good mood because the weekend is here, so most just walk around the offices and mingle and try to get the most amount of work done with the least amount of effort.
seems tuesday-thursday you get the least amount done with using the most amount of effort.

this week flew by for me, and i worked until 10 p.m. last night and tonight. but now i can afford to drop dime on a super charger for my yukon. so im happy.
but its been friday for 3 hours here, and im takeing off tommarrow. have no appoinments scheduled. all my project houses are done until me new parts get here for their new kitchens and bathrooms.
nobody wants to start building a new house. no appointments to design a house on the coast. so im takeing off tommarrow. gunna take the boat out. go fishing. have fun. my day. HA HA.

i can imagine with the housing the way it is. Do you build custom homes?
Im slightly lucky my product is mostly commercial/industrial, theres no shortage in work in those fields lately, if anything it seems to be doubling.

im an agent, i design new houses, flip houses, remodel houses you own. build houses. so i own an all in one housing development. i just dont do loans.
so im a realestate agent, contractor, driver, and architect
but im mainly an agent.
but flipping houses is also a good chunk of my business.
i dont do the work. i hire out that, but i can design and make it happen.
business was awsome last year and in 2006, this year not so much. but still have enough of a market in the designing and building custom houses that im in no hurry to make a change.

I work half days saturday, so Friday doesn't quite have the same effect that it used to.

Psh, just another day at work. Fridays are actually a more stressfull day than the rest of the week because we gotta hit he weekly quotas and such.
So much stuff going on this morning it's crazy, just gotta take it one hour at a time.
