so i was just thinking, what do you guys think would be a good price for boring out my gt 30 over, a three angle valve job, port n polish, and install on cams n headers?

yeah thats true. i just dont really have the cake for a blower and install. for a good one like a vortec it would probably be somewhere around 6g's right?
if you cant afford a blower/install you probably dont need to rebuild the engine because if its not done right you will have to tear back down into it. its also a bad idea to do such things to your DD when you rely on it.

That sounds pretty high to me, but then again I haven't seen any labor quotes for blower installs.. Pulling the engine to bore it over, doing heads/cam/intakes, etc (especially if you're having someone else do it) will be expensive as well, if you check around ebay or some mustang stores, you can find SC kits in the $3k range new, or ~2k used
