help with engine swap

I have a 98 3.8l v6 mustang...will the 98 (or any other year) 4.6l cobra engine fit? Does my mustang have the t-5 or t-45 transmission? will my transmission fit the cobra engine? and what else do i need besides the wiring harness and the computer?
