Offset/backspace 08 Gt

I'm looking to get new rims, but I'm not sure about this offset combo. I want the rim/tire to be flush with the fender. I have an 08 GT and the rims I'm looking at are +34mm offset / 6.1" backspace for front and +40mm offset / 7.1" backspace for rear. Does anyone know if this will work? and if it will get the flush look on the fender?

i can tell you that the 94-04 mustang rim setup will stick out to much in the front on 05+~ i have yet to see any real numbers on what the 05+ have for offset
