Who wrote Boost?

Does anyone know the author of the book Boost? It's a book about turbo charging cars. I'm doing a reasearch paper and I think that would help but I can't find the authors name. I heard about it on a mustang board so hopefully one of you knows who wrote it.

There's "maximum Boost" by Corky Bell which is a great resource, not sure if that's the same thing

Also, if you can cite internet pages. http://auto.howstuffworks.com/turbo.htm has a great write-up on turbochargers.
