So im looking at either an 02 GT it yellow, manual, its stock, or a 04 GT its black, manual and stock. The 02 has 52,000 on it the 04 has 90,000 they are both asking $12,000 are these good deals? Are they worth it? Both run good, and both are clean.

Can you go a little higher? There's a real clean 04 GT with ton of work done to it for like 18k here in town. It's sonic blue....25k miles. I believe he is way over asking for that car, but if push came to shove I think he should accept about 14-16k.

I would be more inclined to go for the 02 GT in your case though. A lot less miles on it.
