Okay I have been told that the 215 hp and 285 tq figures on the 96 gt are on the crank but ive read that they were at the wheels. Does anybody know for 110% sure?

The 96 GT was fitted with a single overhead cam version of the 4.6-liter engine that provided 215 horsepower and 285 pound-foot of torque at the flywheel Horsepower TV dyno a 96 GT stock and got 177 RWHP
its 215/285 at the engine, it puts down about 17.5% less than that at the wheels for a manual and about 22% less than that for the auto.
so 175/235 is right on the money 100% stock for a manual transmission.
