Figured I would spend the money when I had it instead of waiting to get some more saved up and spending it all on something not car related. MGW with a Bullitt shift knob from UPR. Got the billet ring installed too so I'll get some in car pics up when I put it all in saturday. Shifter looks sweet!

nice, did you get a shifter gasket, if you didnt GET one before you put it on and use it. cobrabob.com

I can attest to the Cobrabob gasket... my MGW shifter is quieter than stock with it. I LOVE it. I hate hearing my car in ways I don't want to so I highly recommend it.

I have the "create your gasket" sealant that they sent with it. Would you suggest getting the gasket as well as using the sealant?

The cobra bob gasket would be in place of the create your own gasket they sent you. I have the cobra bob on mine as well....nice piece. Not sure how much it helped though as I have never had an after market shifter without it.

I would recommend getting the cobrabob gasket instead of the gasket maker they send you. It's a real nice piece.

get one, i have one sitting in my bedroom cuz they forgot to send me one... wish i would have used it.. im to lazy to put it on
