I have a 351w out of an 86 F-250 (carburated) and I want to put it in an 88 fox. The only thing I need to now is can I just bolt on the 302 FI intake to the carburated heads of the 351w?

No you can not bolt on the 302 EFI. You will have to get the an EFI off of a new F150. The reason why is because the 351 is wider the the 302. Some cool you could do is get the EFI intake off of a older Lighting.
