low idle issue

hey ppl, im new to this forum but i have a 98' GT vert auto and i was driving on the freeway goin about 80mph then i coasted a little bit and when i hit the throttle it didnt respond at all as if the car had died but it didnt so eventually i made it off the freeway and when i was off it started working again but it was idling low at about 400 rpm and also rough it hesistates a little bit but other than that it drives normal...at first i thought it was the tranny becuz it wouldnt shift on the freeway but then it started working on the street...does anybody have an idea wat it could be

also the check engine light came on about a week ago and i ran it and it says the MAF sensor needs to be replaced and 2 o2 sensors, could that be the problem

Most probably thats the problem. Replace those parts & see what happens

Yeah, fixing the known problems is good start. If that doesn't work then that is where the real fun begins.
