Ok, so I have a 2000 v6 and the past few months have been a bit hectic and challenging. Juggling two cars is not easy nor cheap.
It was time for me to have my car inspected(New Jersey)and yes, it failed due to computer not ready. I had the car laying for awhile and I had to jump it. So I drove around a bit and get this awesome p0411 code. I'm not sure if I would have failed for this code or not but I just didn't want to have to deal with DMV and CEL lights are annoying to me. So here's my contribution since I am always taking tips from this awesome forum.
I titled it P0411 in order to help anyone else researching this code.
Here is my advice:
1-Search through MustangEvolution.com for possible solutions.
2-Make sure you have a Haynes Manual for your car.
I finally passed inspection and the P0411 CEL is gone! I read the different threads on this forum and tried the different tests that Haynes suggests like checking the diverter and other parts(Not Mechanically literate). My buddy and I finally narrowed it down to the Air Pump. The Air Pump harness looked a bit rotted and visually, it didn't appear to be in the best conditions. I went over to NAPA, ordered my pump. The replacement was simple. If I could replace it then I'm sure anyone can. The part is listed under emissions and I purchased the Motorcraft one, not the generic one. I travel a great deal so I couldn't wait the 5-7days for the generic one.
Like I said before, do your research on this forum, replacing the Air pump worked for me, it might be something much more simple for someone else.

This Forum rocks! Thanks to the guys that contribute their time on asking questions and replying to questions. I can't tell you how much it's helped me. Besides, my Wife thinks that I'm this incredible person for being able to do this on my own...lol
Hope this helps someone, if not, it serves as a Thank you note to the Mustang Evolution.com community.
