A little info about myself, My names Jeremi and i live in the renton washington area.So i just got my first mustang, I have been building european/japanese race cars now for about 6 years and decided its time to step into the ford relm since my dads a ford master-tech and races all fords...
So i just picked up an all original mustang GT 5.0 4spd with LOW miles on it for $800 and the plans have now been set in motion. I just sold my explorer XLT to build the stang and im selling my supercharged vw rabbit GTI and poss' my turbo vr6 mkII GTI.
I have laying around for the stang already..
~429 cobrajet
~MSD 6A-L setup
~all the materials and a shop of my own to build a full cage,3" header back exhaust with "X" pipe and dual 3" flowmaster 40 series.
~traction bars
~fuel cell
~rear wheel tubs
~mag wheels
~slicks
~(still on the debate if i want to use this)150-250 shot wet nitrous kit
and a few more little goodies..
I'm also debating if i want to s/c or turbo it..or go nitrous.. im still up in the air.
as far as paint..i cant decide what exactly i want to do..(this is where you guys come into play!)
my 3 idea's
1~flat black on the whole car, and then to fat gloss black racing stripes over the car.
2~cherry red metallic on the whole car with two fat black metallic racing stripes.
3~metallic ford blue with two fat escalade pearl white racing strips.
what do you guys think? anyone good with photoshop and want something to do?
and finally pics of the ride....(let me know what you think,i'll get some better pics next week when i bring her home)

im almost thinking about tossing my turbo on the 5.0 and seeing what she'll do stock...
i have a garrett turbo sitting here with a .70 cold side and a .63 hot side that would look kinda sexy under the hood...hmm wonder what stock motor can take for boost?

Hey I live like 15-20mins away from you. I'm still learning engines but I'm a huge fabrication nut and I'm also good w/ paint, interior and electronics. If you need any help with the restore, let me know!

welcome bro.
don't go chokemasters (rob (purevenom) will back me up, pick you up a nice set of borla stinger catbacks, and throw on an offroad x pipe. you'll enjoy the In Your Face sound the car will give off
Are you keeping the car street or you going for the strip? I'll have to agree with Rob on this, too. No matter what, the sound of a turbo just isn't.... power sounding. Put on a KB or Whipple and let her ride. The scream of a supercharger, especially a KB, is just raw power sounding. You won't go wrong.

Welcome! Good luck w/ project. IMO I think Blue w/ black stripes or all black w/ blue or red stripes would look like the heat!
