I'd love to have something like that to drive back and forth to work. I get all the way here and back without burning a single drop of gas. Wonder how much of a hit it would put on my utility bill, though?

it probably wont take THAT much to power the car~ probably about 50 cents a mile when you do the math probably overall cost would be a dollar a mile or so~

Sure it's not the best looking thing. Infinite MPG for less than 30k a year? Yeah, I don't mind having a car that doesn't look so hot sitting next to the 'vette in the garage.

fyi, I am doing a study on gas to electric cars, pricing, and complete packages to solar panel systems and I should get it all done by next week.

Anybody read the electrical demand or consumption on these things while charging? If someone finds it, I'll calculate the bill increase at work one day.
