I was told that the cable is split at the end, resulting in me having to press extremely hard on the clutch, and weird shifting:
1-2 is very notchy and difficult, 2-3 isn't to bad, 3-4 is smooth as hell, 4-5 is similar to 1-2. reverse... ugh hard.
And this is with an MGW Shifter...
How could I go about fixing that? Anyway to fix that without having to buy a whole new cable?

actually, your cable liner is unwinding on the inside making it difficult to push in, i think you need a new cable and a firewall adjuster, i may be able to make it easier to push in with just a simple adjustment under the car.

When would be a good time to stop by? Think you could show me how to do some of the simple things? Also, I REALLY need to get my steering problem fixed.... badly.

Rob thinks its the Steering Rack/Column.... few other people think its a bushing. Me... I have no clue. Just I can turn it about 45 degrees left and right and get no response.

ive never tackled the steering problem but i trust robs input, i think thats going to be the issue. im still trying to find out why they put the duct tape mod on the quadrant
im diagnosing it as the cable because my steeda cable did that to me so i put a 04 cobra cable and used the steeda quadrant and firewall adjuster and its been butter ever since.the pressure from the performance clutches make the metal liner on the inside to start to stretch, oem is the best cable on the market.
you and kyle should just call rob "DADDY" lmao
