honestly, a good portion of the things you listed aren't gonna do anything.
Your big go fast mods:
4.10 gears, xcal3
"Ok" go fast mods:
T-lok.. no power but helps traction, underdrive pullies
Other very minimal contributors:
CAI, Intake spacer, Throttle body (if you had other mods done, this might be a different story)
You will want to list which year 3.8 vs which year 4.6... as they are totally different animals during different years

Yeah, what years are the mustangs? Also, what kind of race are you talking about? Hopefully 1/4 mile at the track but do you mean stop-light to stop-light or like a highway encounter?

Depending on your tune and your driving abilities, you should be able to keep up with some of the 4.6L's and beat others while also losing to others.
Kyle can beat stock 96-98 4.6L's in his 04 auto V6...so you should be able to beat those as well. He can also run with some of the 99-04 4.6L's in auto form, but loses to the manuals and auto coupes. He does beat the 99-04 auto convertibles though I believe. And he loses to all of the 05+ 4.6L's in stock form.
So, like the bean man said, it all depends on which 4.6L you are referring to.

Off the top of my head....
Big Valve Heads, cam, power adder (S/C, turbo, nitrous), 4.2L rotating assembly, V8 swap....
You're pretty much at the end of the "cheap" power mods.

is his an auto or manual?
weight reduction would make him faster... but that can be a long and not very fruitful process. But yeah, Rob has a good portion of the rest of the big go fast mods up there.

If he can drive at all, you lose. If he drives like Cajun Jungleboy, you win.

And you still can't drive for shit...it's been a few days...you can't launch without revving high and you granny shift like a mofo....you don't learn how to drive a standard in 4 days...and drive it really well.
