Exhaust Manifold Cracks Question

What are the longer term effects of having cracks in both exhaust manifolds?
I'm already paying for the labor to replace them. What might they find damaged under there if anything. Idling becomes an issue if I take it out of gear and roll to a stop when parking or prolonged stop lights.

Thanks guy, I hope that's all there is wrong with that area, just concerned what he might find behind those parts that might have been damaged. I would like to think my car would idle right after the leak is fixed on both ends.

If you want to fix it just take some metal and reroute the dripping water from the a/c condenser away from the flange. It works...or just be lazy and don't run a/c and fix it that way.

Ford has a TSB out for it. For 150 bucks they take what looks like a piece of gutter and some glue and make a tunnel of sorts for the condensation off the a/c to go elsewhere.
The main cracking problem on those manifolds is normally where the manifold bolts to the midpipe, this is where I've seen them all break.

You mean to add it right to the headers, or in response to the metal flange pointing condinstation away from the manifolds, should I bond it with that, or should that be welded.
Checked it out online, called NAPA Auto: they said they could order it $53 for 3m Panel Bonding Adhesive

lol, use it to attach the metal to the car, the manifold needs to be welded or replaced.
i do paint and body work, i saw a demo for 3m where they panel bonded 2 pieces of 1/16 thick metal together and did a tensil strength test to it... the metal broke before the panel bond let loose!!! dont get it on your hands, or itll be there for about 2 weeks.

I'm so going to Napa and putting someof this stuff on my brothers toilet or porno collection. He's either glued to the crapper or explain to his buds at work why he's carrying Cream Pie 4.

Both sides were cracked, after getting a good look, turns out removing them and welding the cracks did the job. I'm going to take the new headers back to Kragen and save $200. Engine dosnt make that rattling sound anymore. Both mufflers sound deeper & pipes are louder out the back. The throttle is much more responsive now. Picks right up. It just feels good to get back the lost horse power. But now I got an EGR issue now, gotta find out the ROOT cause. Anybody think an SCT chip will help balance out the Cold Air Intake w/ True Dual and larger heavery rims. Anyone feel any difference in their manual, I keep hearing things about automatics with chips/.
