WTF? Xbox

My xbox just freezes while I'm playing. Any suggestions, it's laying down and I have a damn industrial fan pointed at it, I don;t think it's overheating. I'm going to try some things, any ideas are greatly appreciated.

maybe a component like bad RAM or somthing. I don't have a console so I can't help all that much. Is it freezing while online or offline game playing?

OMG, I had my seXBOX since day 1 of launch so after 2 years, 5 months, and 7 days. I'd say it lasted a while. At least I have some games to play.........plus my PC would take both the 360 and PS3, bend them over and have it's way with both of them....at the same time.

Yeah... if its only been 2.5 years... you probably would have gotten it covered free by microshaft... they fixed my second-week model back in january, 3 year coverage on the red ring issue (yours would have spit out that problem if you'd kept trying at it!)

And PS3 leghumpers : you haven't had enough games available to be able to put it through its runs!! Weren't there several thousand hardware failures after GTAIV came out?

yeah umm, its still covered under warranty so now that you have two, send the dead one into Microsoft and sell it when you get it back.

I have games to play too. My PC would run circles around the PS3 and xBox 360 as well.

I've had a PS2 for nearly 8 years now that runs without a hiccup. I was just playing my SNES the other day that I've probably had for 15+ years.

I'd say it didn't last "a while" at all.

I opened mine to preform surgery when it died the first time, voiding the warranty. I believe this one died from a bad component. And yes PS3 has 2 games, GTA 4.....oh wait that's on all systems, and MGS 4 which I heard sucks.

Hmmm Metal Gear comes out this week.

Ace Combat on the PS3 will look incredible too..

Army of Two was an excellent game.

I haven't played many of the games, mostly because I'm using it's Bluray function a lot and I play the majority of games on my PC.

Ace Combat will suck like all of the others did.
Army of Two was retarded and overly homo.
Blu-ray at least to me does not have a significant difference from regular DVD to be good.
