My buddy just bought an 01 Zinc Yellow GT 5 speed yesterday. I went up and saw it, rode in it, and took it for a ride.

Overall, its not bad for an 01 with 87000 miles.

It already came with black bullitts and weld in mufflers, i'm guessing flowmasters, either way it was loud as hell and sounded good.

He wants to know what starter mods he should do for performance, since the exterior is pretty much set.

I'll try and get him on here with an account.

Any input would be appreciated.

Tell him to save his dollars for a blower... thats the best/easiest way to make LOTS of power with that car. Run something like 8psi and he'd be fine on that stock motor with a good tune and fuel upgrades.

bolt ons wont do much as said above, a cai, pulley set, tune, headers, etc with exhaust wont net very much overall~ a blower setup should have him around 400rwhp without to much trouble~ vs his 230 rwhp at the moment.
