Hey!!! How's it goin stang lovers!!!! Hopefully preety good. Well check this out im bout to do some serious modifying to my mustang. For the one's who've been around for some time or some who know alot in direction on this note let me know what you think. Everything listed is basically going in order of what I'm purchasing first to last. This in my opinion will make me very satisfied and get me through the frist summer with my new baby.
2004 white v6 automatic (40th Anniversary)
K&N CAI
Flowmaster 40's Exhaust
v6 Tuner kit (including water pump pulley, power balancer pulley kit, GatorBack Belt, & SCT X3 Flash Tuner)
Steeda
Shifter Knob
AC Knobs
Headlight Knob
Nitrious Arming Switch
Nitrious Direct
Nitious Kit
Dyno Tune
Purge Kit
Twin Outlet Purge
Zex
Purge Light
Brakes
I've been looking at the cobra 10th anniversary brake package (which would include rotors and calipers). But will I be able to put this on my mustang? Or would I have to buy a wheel spacer of some sort?
If you can answer the questions about the brakes I would greatly appreciate. Thanx!!!
I would try and slip gears(3.73s or 410s) and a tlok(7.5in) after the exhaust. They are mods that really benefit the v6, especially an auto. Do it before the sct, then you can get a tune that will adjust the gearing and speedometer. Or you could get an 8.8 inch rear end that comes with a tlok and is much stronger. It all depends on whether you want to run it hard at the track or just want a strong daily driver.

Well Im looking for a strong daily driver but with the power to kick some gt ass during the week and crush some competition on the weekend...
Wut do u think about applying a 100shot of nitrious after all the mods (including the gears)...???
May I recomend a few modifications to your MOD list:
I would run something like this:
1. Ebay Cold Air Intake (just as good as a K&N Power wise and you do not want a plastic CIA with Nitrous involved)
2. Summit Mufflers (again better than flowmasters and a lot better on the pocket book)
3. 43% Underdrive Pulley (you do not need the whole kit and the water pump is the last thing I would underdrive)
4. BBK Shorty Headers (when installing the exhuast cut the cats if you can get away it)
6. XcalII (this will do the job nicely)
7. Zex Nitrous Kit (when you buy it you can look into purge and I also recomend a bottle heater)
You will also definitely want a dyno tune, it will make the car very safe the drive and spray....
Now as for your rear end I would just not even bother with a 7.5, because after the price of part and instalation you would spend more than if you just found an 8.8 (alot of time you can find them with gears and all).
Any way that is just my 2 cents worth, also 100 shot is to much for stock motor if you ask me!
As for brakes I would use the SBC rotor upgrades. They will do the job just fine and the kit comes with the pads....Good luck let us know how it utrns out!
Afinley is right, by the time you get done with parts and install, you could find an 8.8in with everything already in it. Pretty much anything done with the differential and gearing will really help the acceleration. 100 shot does seem like much, probably a 50 or maybe a 75 shot, and the latter may even be pushing it with stock internals. That's just me though, maybe someone else could chime in.

Well i ran a 75 shot with out a good tune and I blew my intake manifold! So I would say 50 with out a tune or 75 max with a tune...That is just to be onthe safe side...Trust me a blown motor is no fun in these cars and I am in the process of rebuilding mine and it is not cheap <not as expensive as any V8 I hae ever built> but not cheap either...If you do it, do it right man!
with the 10th anniv or any 13 inch cobra caliper setup you will need 17 inch rims (i dont know of any oem ford 17 inch rim that wont clear the brakes so you would be ok for the most part) and the price should be 200-250 for the calipers and 200 for the rotors~ BUY OEM FORD ROTORS DO NOT BUY SHIT ROTORS OR SLOTTED AND DRILLED ROTORS!
and PAINT THEM to prevent rust.

So the 10th anniversary package will work with any 17 and up inch rims?
I know cobra brakes will clear any 17 inch rim that I knwo of that came stock on the mustang. See if you can hunt down the backspacing of say the 96 cobra rim, 98 cobra rim, 95 cobra R and 03 cobra (i think the 95 cobra r was 5.95 and the 01 cobra was 6.11 inches)
