Alright simple q. I know with SOME vehicles you need to replace some components i.e o2 sensors, plugs ect. Does anything need replaced after seafoaming these motors? Im sure its never been done before and it has 112k on the clock...i drive alot....about 1k a week so I just wanna make sure this vehicle is in top shape (or as close as possable)

Dont need to replace a thing after seafoaming except for having to buy a new can of seafoam when you use that one up.

Used it all the time in the V6, never a problem. Just picked up two cans, one for the 03 and one for the 90.

well Ive used it before on my turbo 4banger but I had to replace the o2 sensor (due to its location it gets hammered with the carbon deposits and clogged up)

Seafoam is a product you can get at most auto parts stores. Its used to clean your fuel system along with the internals of the motor.

yeah, it's a can. And you can pour it in your gas to help clean your fuel system (including water and such), you can put it in your crank case to help dislodge built up engine sludge, or put it through the engine to clean out carbon deposits.

Does it smoke after you add the seafoam to the gas tank? Or just when you do it through the brake booster?

its one of the best for the price. They make special engine cleaning kits but it takes hours and cost is about $100+

He is talking about the vacuum line from the brake booster as on a V6. a GT with a 4.6 does not have a brake booster, which is what the brake master cylinder mounts to on a V6. The brake booster is basically a vacuum diaphram that gives you power brakes, hence Vacuum assist power brakes.

Not out of a can. Seafoam is safe and effective. I have never heard of anyone having problems with seafoam.
