changing manual shifter-knob 08 mustang

I haven't messed with it yet but was thinking of changing the stock shifter knob on an 08 mustang, does anyone know does it just screw off and replace it with the new one, or is there something else to it?

If it's a manual it just screws off. May take a little force at first, but it should come right off.
