i have a brand new aod tranny w/ a shift kit on my 90 gt. i was wondering how much it would cost if i were to buy a used t5 tranny and have it installed? or what would be the best way to approach this.

I just talked to the guys at Prestige Mustang near Atlanta about a swap kit for my 2002. For everything you need including the computer,driveshaft, pedals, Tremec five speed, shifter, interior parts... everything except a clutch, is $1650. It may be cheaper for your
Fox. All nuts and bolts are bagged and labeled and all parts are clean and guaranteed. You can check the mags or 411 for their number. They said a swap runs 300 -500 depending on the mechanic.
