Just trying to get an opinion on a trade that im thinking about I have a 99 v6 mustang bone stock this car has an salvage title i got an offer for a 1994 mustang gt fully loaded with flow masters and a cold air intake and it has about the same mileage as my car. I was just trying to see what mustang lovers would do would they trade or keep the v6. Thanks in advance for you opinion.

I guess that really depends. How fast do you wanna go? How much power do you wanna make? Is this a DD?

Like scorpion1 said, all depends on which car you want.

The older GT's only had around 215 hp, so your V6 isn't that far behind it.

Reaching that level and above isn't hard to do if you want to, and have the pocketbook.
Your V6 might be a better DD (daily driver), but then you might not have to drive very far.

Also, why is the owner getting rid of his GT? You may want to look into that.

Salvage title? No way I'd take it unless I was the one who fixed it.
How bad was the damage? I'd really take a close look at it.
