Both engines are 3.8L so I don't see why not... Then again, I'm no expert, so I'd just do a search like he said

It won't fit directly. they are working on an adapter plate and a belt / pulley probably.

white99,
the split port heads/intake on the 99+ v6 cars are different than the supercoupe and 94-98 mustang v6 heads/intake.
we ditched the adaption plate and just made a full custom lower for hood and sensor clearance.
EDIT it looks like you found the thread already, doh...

One of the differences is the computer too. You can't just swap engines. The SuperCoupe was designed on the Fox Body. A few differences down there.
DIfferent fuel injectors, Fel-Pro OEM head gaskets, Eaton OEM Blower, ect...
But I'm sure you can just buy the Super Coupe Blower from somewhere.
But here are some other choices. [http://www.kennebell.net/superchargers/ford/30escape-tribute/30escape-tribute.htm] That might work on the 3.8L Mustang.
[http://www.bbkperformance.com/products/induction_supercharger.html#INSTACHARGER FOR 4.0 RANGER and EXPLORER OWNERS ] I think that will really work on it.

the alternator isn't in the way. :-?
if i was you i'd probably swap that sc motor in there, and convert to split port, if you wish to persue a supercharger from us. that way you'd have the advantages of a solid bottom end and better pistons, rods, crank, and could dial up the boost via a pulley later on, maybe go for 12-14psi and still be safe.
EDIT - oh crap, i realized you don't have the motor... oh well. not worth deleting.

the low-boost kit would be OK on a stock shortblock, IMO.
